Please Keep In Mind We can Engrave Personal Items. Materials Such As Stainless Steel Would Need To Be Prepped With A Coating, That Does Come Off. When Engraved Leaves A Permanent Marking On The Engraved Area.

 If you provide personal items, we are not responsible for any manufacturing issues. As an example, if you bring us multiple water bottles and tumblers, we use the same setting on our machine; one turns out and the other does not. If you would like it re-done; We can re-do it, but you will be responsible for the replacement. We have our own products you can choose from. To avoid this potential risk, We have vendors that we can get replacements at no extra cost.
