Best art format for images or files sent for customizations: Ai, PDF, Photoshop, PNG. For other formats (JPG,JPEG, DXF, etc.) doesnot work as well with our system.
*All engravings will be done opposite of bottle's brand logo (if applicable). Please let us know if you'd like it logo side.
We have many fonts available. If you request a font we do not have. As a business we have to purchase fonts for commercial use, to be compliant. We will be updating this list as some availability has changed.

As an example, if you bring us multiple water bottles and tumblers, we use the same setting on out machine; one turns out and the other does not.
