If you provide personal items, we are not responsible for any manufacturing issues. As an example, if you bring us multiple water bottles and tumblers, using the same setting on our machine; one turns out well & the other does not. We can re-do it, but you will be responsible for the replacement to be re-done. We have our own products you can choose from and vendors that we can get replacements at no extra cost. To avoid any potential risk/responsibility, we recommend to purchasing with us.
